I made a grape juice from Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden.
I didn’t expect it so much.
But the taste of the juice was outstanding.
I was moved so lot….
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2020 870 yen
Recently, I have tasted only fine wines.
Then I want to reset my taste by drinking Marquis de Beau Rond.
I got a success.
It is a very good wine.
I felt clean & simple fruits, good acidity and nice minerals.
It is not a special wine but a special wine for me.

2nd Cave de Relax Beaujolais Nouveau 2021 2250 yen
I was late to taste Beajolais Nouveau in this year because I took a business trip to Hokkaido.
It is my original BNV made by Cave de Julienas in Beaujolais.
It was a very difficult year for BNV.
However, the ability of the wine making of the winery become obvious in such difficult year.
It was a really good Beaujolais Nouveau.
I felt fine red fruits, nice acidity, tender tannin and soft mouthfeel.
It’s so tasty.
I found again that a good Beaujolais Nouveau was so nice!
