I got very fresh local fishes.
Then I cooked Temaki-Sushi.
Very good!!

1st Sakai Winery Mazekoze Wine White NV 1870 yen
It is made from all grape varieties grown in the estate vineyards in Akayu Yamagata.
After they produces the first wines, which are Chardonnay, Koshu, Delaware and Riesling, this one is produced by left over wines.
I felt fresh fruits, nice acidity, rich body and fine minerals.
Even though the produce method is unique, the quality is very fine.
It is a good sample that fine grapes and decent wine making go to a very fine wine.

2nd Votano Wine Seba-K4 Pinot Noir 2018 4000 yen
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the estate vineyards in Shiojiri Nagano.
It is made by wild yeast with very low level sulfur.
I felt some of “BIO” wine taste.
Even though it has a mature color, the taste is fresh and charming.
I felt a lot of red berries and strong minerals.
It is a very fine Pinot Noir.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today.
