I took a flight to Fukuoka in Kyushu.

I had a wine seminar at Whole Square Fukuoka, which is a bland new gourmet shop and restaurant in Grand Hyatt Hotel Fukuoka.

The shop and restaurant is the produced by Marubishi, which is a major restaurant & bar supplier in Kushu, a sale agent of Cave de Relax.


The shop has fine deli, organic foods, fine meets and fine wine, etc.

I was happy to see a lot of Cave de Relax wines here.
It is a very stylish shop!

The theme today was sparkling wine.

It’s a good theme in this season.

I talked what is a sparkling wine by tasting seven bottles.

I talked a lot, very a lot as usual.

After the seminar, I had a very nice dinner at the restaurant in Whole Square.

Local organic vegetables are so delicious.

A long matured wagyu beef steak was outstanding.

Super delicious!

After the dinner, we moved to Hakata Bay and had a wine party on a gorgeous cruiser boat.

I drank a lot. I drank a lot.


Finally, I lost my memory.
