1st Bellecourt Chardonnay 2018 1100 yen + tax
This one is upper class of Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay in Relax Wine Original.
Marquis de Beau Rond doesn’t use a oak cask.
A part of Bellecourt Chardonnay is matured in a small oak cask.
I felt an elegant cask nuance, rich fruits, fine acidity and nice minerals.
I think the style is similar some fine Burgundy white wine.
You’d better believe it.
2nd Collorade Sangiovese 2017 1280 yen + tax
It is made from 100% Sangiovese grown in the estate vineyards in Molise Italy by natural farming.
It is a truly elegant Italy red wine.
I felt dense fruits, charming acidity, seamless tannin and very long after taste.
The style is full-bodied but really elegant.
