A lot of Ume tree are full blooming around my home.
They were blooming every year but I have not found ever.
The state emergency has kept me at home and made me find them.
1st Antugnac La Closerie des Lys Blanc 2018 1100 yen + tax
It is made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino grown in Limoux Languedoc by sustainable method.
Because of the cool climate thanks of high altitude, the style of wine is very elegant.
I felt pure fruits, natural acidity and sharp minerals.

2nd Antugnac La Closerie des Lys Rouge 2016 1100 yen + tax
It is made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Grenache grown in Limoux by sustainable method.
The style is very cool and natural, too.
I felt elegant fruits, fine acidity, seem less tannin and clear mouthfeel.
If I tasted this one by blind, I would say “It is produced in some north area.
