It was a very warm day in Tokyo.
I cooked a pasta using the leftover sashimi from Temaki-Sushi yesterday.
Very good!
1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2019 1580 yen + tax
It is my most favorite white wine in this class.
It is made from 100% Pucpoul grown in the estate vineyards by sustainable farming.
It is outstandingly delicious.
I love the clean fruits, very good citrus and tremendously fine minerals.
The style is really pure and natural.

2nd Cescon Cabernet NV 1100 yen + tax
We received this brand-new red wine last December.
It is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc grown in Veneto Italy.
The general image of Cabernet is dark, tannic and full-bodied.
But this one is totally opposite.
I felt fresh aroma, elegant fruits, nice acidity, light tannin and comfortable after taste.
The mouthfeel was very cool.
I like this style very much.
It is a truly good wine, I think.
