February already has come!!
1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2018 1100 yen + tax
It is made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown at the estate vineyards in Minervois Languedoc by sustainable farming.
I felt elegant fruits, fresh citrus and fine minerals.
The taste was very cool even though it is made in south area.
I think it has a very high cost performance.
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Rouge 2018 1100 yen + tax
It is made from 35% Carignan, 30% Grenche, 20% Cinsault and 15% Syrah grown at the estate vineyards in Minervois Languedoc by sustainable farming.
I felt very dense fruits, soft tannin, decent acidity and soft mouthfeel.
It is a typical Minervois taste.
I am sure again it is a very fine Languedoc red wine.
