1st Yamazaki Winery Pinot Gris 2019 3150 yen + tax
Yamazaki Winery is located near the sheep ranch which produces the sausage today.
I got a big success.
I felt the outstandingly delicious fruits, tremendously fine citrus and fabulously good minerals.
I am always moved when I taste this Pinot Gris.
The marriage of this Pinot Gris and the sausage was kind of art!
2nd Kobe Winery Benediction Rouge 2018 2800 yen + tax
I received this red wine from the winery as a tasting sample.
It is made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the contract vineyards in Kobe.
I felt charming red & black berries, mild tannin and elegant after taste.
The back label says that the style is full-bodied.
But I felt the style delicate and elegant.
At first, I thought this red was too much heavy for Pork Sauté but the combination was very good.
The 2016 vintage of this one served at the dinner party of G20 Summit Osaka 2019.
