I took a chicken soup spending 6 hours.

1st Comazono Vineyard Nishino Koshu 2020 1900 yen + tax
Comazono Vineyard is an old winery in Enzan, Yamanashi.
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Nishino, Yamanashi.
I felt clean acidity and fine minerals.
Also I felt slight tannin and some tropical fruits flavor.
The style is very pure and natural.
I like this Koshu very much.
2nd Marusan Winery Hyaku Bailey-A 2019 1330 yen + tax
Marusan is an old family winery and one of the oldest grape grower in Katsunuma Yamanashi.
Because their production is very small and not on the public circulation, the winery is a little known.
Mr. Wakao, who is the owner, grape grower and wine maker, has a long carrier of a professional trombone player, as well.
It is a very fine Muscat Bailey-A.
I felt elegant fruits, modest acidity, mild tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
The style is very pure and natural.
It has a very high cost performance.
It was a very good for Kiritampo-Nabe.
