GR8 for me

Jan. 15

No Wine Day

Jan. 16

By the way on walking, I dropped at “Buaiso Museum” near my house.

It used to be the house of Mr. & Mrs. Shirasu.

Mr. Jiro Shirasu was a famous business man and Mrs. Masako Shirasu was a famous writer.

I enjoyed to see a nice old house, beautiful garden and a lot of installations.

Then I cooked dinner.

Scallop and Tomato Sauté

Local Herbs and Carrots Salad

Wagyu Beef Steak

Good job!

1st Tamba Wine Tegumi NV  1,680 yen

Tamba Wine is located in Kyoto.

This rose Petillant is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A.

It is produced without sulfur and bottled by non-filtered.

I felt soft babbles, nice red berries and good acidity.

The taste is very natural.

It is a favorite style of daimajo-sama, recently.

She said, “I love this one!”

2nd Takeda Winery Sans Soufre Rouge 2018  2100 yen + tax

It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown by Mr. Hanawa in Tendo Yamagata.

Also, it is produced without sulfur and bottled by non-filtered.

The bottle uses a cap crown but it doesn’t have babbles.

I felt very charming red fruits, very good acidity and really comfortable mouthfeel.

The style is favorite one of daimajo-sama, too.

She said, “The both of bottles today were tremendously delicious!”

Well, it’s GR8 for me.
