I took a soup boiling chicken wings for 6 hours.

1st Sapporo Fujino Winery La Mer 2018 2750 yen + tax
I bought this one at Wine Shop Fujii in Sapporo last month.
It is made from Muller Thurgau, Bacchus and Kerner grown in Hokkaido.
It is macerated with very a little sulfur and bottled by non-filtered.
I felt very natural fruits, elegant acidity and very soft mouthfeel.
The style is a kind of “Vin de Nature”, I think.
It is the favorite style of daimajo-sama recently.
It is a very fine Hokkaido Wine.
It is very good for Kiritanpo-nabe today.
2nd Diamond Winery Chanter Muscat Bailey-A Y cube 2015 2700 yen + tax
I bought this one at Sake-no-Todaya in Itabashi last September.
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Hosaka Yamanashi.
I think this winey is one of the top Bailey-A producers in Japan.
I felt concentrated red fruits and very fine acidity with some creamy nuance from cask maturing.
I think this one is a special Muscat Bailey-A.
I felt some nuance of Burgundy fine wine.
Very good!
