I cooked dinner.

Clam Lasagna
I used clam instead of meet to cook Bolognese.
I got a big success.
It was the harvest moon tonight.
I enjoyed seeing it with a glass of wine.
1st Pesquie Chardonnay 2018 1500 yen + tax
It is my favorite white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grown in South France.
I felt rich fruits, clear acidity and fine minerals.
I always feel something special else when I taste it.
Tasty!
Usually, I drink up very quickly such tasty wine.
But I must cut down on my drinking for the re-health checking.
I had to stop drinking…
2nd Chateau Pesquie Terrasses 2017 1950 yen + tax
It is made from Grenache and Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Vento Rhone Valley.
I felt elegant aroma, charming red fruits, light-smooth tannin and comfortable mlouthfeel.
Pesquie Terrasses used to be very dark, heavy, full-bodied.
However, the style has changed a lot.
It is a very elegant and delicate red wine, isn’t it?
It is just my favorite style.
Tasty!
