Because of the covid-19 and the extreme heat, I have stayed at home almost all days in this week.
I cooked a pasta lunch.
I used basil leaves picked up from my garden.
It was very good.
1st Ancola Pinot Grigio 2019 1000 yen + tax
It made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in Lombardia Italy.
I call this one “Miracle 1000 yen wine”.
It is miraculously tasty!
The taste is really pure and natural.
I love this clear fruits, beautiful acidity and excellent minerals.
Outstanding! Outstanding!
2nd Ancola Pinot Grigio Rose 2019 1000 yen + tax
The rose is more delicious than the white wine for me.
The basic taste and quality is as same as the white.
The rose additionally has tremendously charming red berries and awfully fine acidity.
I am sure again it is the best rose wine in my life I have ever tasted in this class.
