No Wine Day

I wake up 3:00 am and took the first train to Haneda Airport.
Then I went to Kumamoto to organize three wine events there with Marbishi, which is the major food & beverage suppliers and the Relax Wine agent in Kyushu.
The first event was wine seminar for the wine professionals in Kumamoto, the owner of restaurants, sommelier and wine buyers.
I talked about the special character of Relax Wine, which style is an especially the pure and natural.
The second events was also wine seminar.
Because we must keep the social distance, I must devised it a small parties.
Fortunately, I could get very good reputations.
The third event was a wine dinner party.
The theme was Japan Wine.
I chose five fine Japan Wine and paring fine dishes with original dishes cooked by Mr. Shinkai, who is the general chef de cuisine of Marubishi.
We enjoyed very fine wines, delicious dishes and nice talking.
I was sure again the goodness of fine wine powers.
