I took a day-off and went to Mt. Tanzawa resort area.
I enjoyed autumn leaves color very much.
By the way to home, I bought fine sashimi and cooked Temaki-sushi quickly.
It was very delicious.
1st Serena Koshu 2015 1620 yen
It is a Japanese Nouveau made from 100% Koshu.
I felt very fresh grape aroma and flavor a lot.
It has sweet fruits nuance but a very good dry type Koshu with fine acidity and minerals.
Quite different!
You had only sweet type Japanese Nouveaus before.
It was very good for Temaki-sushi.
2nd Kizan red 2013 1540 yen
I love this combination, Temaki & Kizan, very much.
They made a perfect combination.
That’s real my taste!
