Nov. 12
I participated in a Japan wine tasting party at Farmer’s Labo in Yurakucho.
Some wine lovers club organized this event from five years ago.
Four wineries participated.
Takizawa Winery in Hokkaido
Fermier in Niigata
Iwanohara Winery in Niigata
St. Cousair in Nagano
Cave de Relax was only one exhibiter as wine shop.
I introduced KISVIN Winery, a boutiques winery in Enzan Yamanasshi.
I am an agent of the winery.
Fortunately, KISVIN got very good reputations.
Especially, many wine connoisseurs were surprised at the big body of its Koshu.
We received a lot of guests.
I was very busy to serve wine, explain the character and tasting at the other wine booths.
My best wine today was Fermier Cabernet Franc 2014.
It made by a perfect “bio” method.
It was an awfully deep, natural and elegant style of Cabernet Franc.
If I taste it by blind, I would say some “bio” Pinot Noir.
It was a great event.
Thank you very much!
