I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I cooked a fany face fish!
Very good!
1st William Fevre Saint-Bris 2017 2400 yen + tax
This white wine is made by 100% Sauvignon Blanc in Saint-Bris.
Saint-Bris is located near Chablis, Bourgogne.
I felt very clean fruits, nice acidity and fine minerals.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today.
2nd Turckheim Pinot Noir 2017 1800 yen + tax
The Pinot Noir is made in Alsace.
I felt a fresh aroma, a lot of red berries, nice acidity and elegant taste.
I am sure again it is a very fine Pinot Noir.
You can expect Pinot Noir in Alsace feature, I think.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today, too.
