1st Kusunoki Winery Chardonnay Espoir NV 2,880 yen
The 2015 vintage of this wine stopped fermentation but thanks to grape in 2016, it completed the fermentation.
I didn’t know such kind of the story haw to make the wine.
I felt natural-soft fruits, mild acidity and long after taste.
The taste is something unique but I like this.

2nd Kusunoki Winery Pinot Noir 2016 4,260 yen
I bought this at the winery when I visited to in last April.
I didn’t but this from the small allocation to my shop.
I felt very natural grape nuance.
It has deep fruits, complex flavors, deep minerals, elegant herb and long after taste.
I wanted to look for how many different tastes in the glass.
I am sure again Kusunoki is one of the best Pinot Noir producer in Japan.
