It is made from Torrebiano, Bonvino and Malvazia grown in Molise Italy by an organic method.
I felt rich fruits, big body and fine minerals.
The taste is full bodied but the after taste is very elegant.
I am sure it is a very fine white wine.
2nd Colloredo Biferno Rosso 2009 2500 yen
The red is ten years matured.
The vintage 2009 is a so great one.
It is made from Aalianico and Montepluciano grown in Molise by an organic method.
It has a very big structure and very good mature nuance.
I felt very elegant fruits and silky tannin and comfortable after taste.
I like the moderate alcohol degree, 13%.
It was very good for the beef steak today.
