It is a very fine Langedoc white wine.
I felt beautiful citrus like a Grape Fruits, clean fruits and fine minerals.
It was very nice for Sashimi today.
I love this style white wine very much.

2nd Domaine Antugnac Pinot Noir 2016 2060 yen
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Limoux Languedoc.
Because the vineyards are located at high altitude, the cool climate is very good for Pinot Noir.
I felt very fine red berries, nice acidity and elegant tannin.
If you look for as same quality of Pinot Noir in Burgundy, you must pay twice, I think.
It was very good for Lamb today.
