We organized a wine maker’s dinner at Akasaka Ajirutei today.
It was the sixth event of “ Cave de Relax×Japan Wine”.
We started the event from Takeda Winery in March.
Then we held the event with KISVIN, Villa d’Est, Rue de Vin and Diamond Winery.
It was the final event in the series with COCO Farm & Winery in Tochigi.
We invited Mr. Toyoichiro SHIBATA, the cellar master in the winery.
Every attendant looked to be interested in his talk very much even though he is not glibness.
He talked about the relationship with many farmers, the focus to wild yeasts, the war story in winemaking in Tochigi, etc.
All of us understood his great passion for grape growing and winemaking.

All of the wines today were so excellent, tasty and delicious!
I am sure again that COCO Farm & Winery is one of the top wineries in Japan.
All of the dishes today, which was special menu in Arujitei cooked for COCO wines, were also very, very delicious.
We enjoyed the outstanding marriage very much.
The event was heated up at a lottery as usual.
Lucky six guests got a bottle of COCO Farm & Winery with the signature of Mr. Shibata.
It was so nice event today.
