No Wine Day
Mar. 5
For many years, our seasonings have been original products of Seikatsu Club Co-op.
Like Relax Wine, I like it because it doesn’t contain any extra additives.
Today, I went shopping at the Seikatsu Club Co-op “Susukino Depot” in Azamino, Yokohama.
I forgot my membership card and said “Cash, please” at the cash register,
The female clerk at the cash register asked, “You’re Mr. Naito, aren’t you?”
“What? Why?? I don’t have my card with my name??”
“I’ve been reading Mr. Naito’s blog for a long time, and after reading Mr. Naito’s blog, I fell in love with wine.”
“Uh-huh!!??”
“I also make Sushi a la Mediterranean with your recipe.”
“Uh-huh!!??”
I was so surprised. I was super surprised.
There is such a thing, isn’t it? It made me very happy.
Today’s dish.
Chinese carpaccio with bonito
Strawberry and bacon salad
Tarracos Spaghetti
Bitter Gourd Champloo
1st Chateau Clamens Rose 2020 1,580 yen
To match the color of the bonito, I chose a rose for today’s first bottle.
This rose from AOC Fronton in Toulouse, South-West France.
Toulouse is also famous for its Airbus headquarters.
It is made from local grape Negrette with Syrah and Cabernet Franc.
It has a pale pink color, red berry fruit, neatly stretched acid.
Pure rose is delicious, isn’t it?
It is a sustainable wine with the highest HVE level 3 certification.
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Rouge 2020 1,150 yen
The red is a wine from Languedoc Minervoie that I drank the other day.
It has a black berry fruit flavor, a gentle and charming acidity, and a mellow mouthfeel.
A blend of Carignan, Grenache, Merlot and Cinsault.
This is also a sustainable wine that has received the highest HVE Level 3 certification.
It is similar to the seasoning of Seikatsu Club.
