Today’s dinner is a Mizutaki-Nabe.

As usual, I boiled down two chicken bones from the morning and took a thick soup.

 

 

 

My Mizutaki-Nabe is very delicious.

 

 

 

1st Bellecourt Sauvignon Blanc 2022 1,300 yen

It is a white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in South France.

I felt plenty of fruitiness, clear acidity and firm minerality.

A savory flavor reminiscent of honey is behind the fresh-crisp wine style.

It is a good quality Sauvignon Blanc that is well made, with the nuances of ripe grapes.

 

 

2nd Cescon Cabernet NV 1,200 yen

It is a red wine made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc from Veneto, Italy.

I felt black berry aroma reminiscent of blackcurrants, rich fruit flavor and charming red acid.

In contrast to Chilean Cabernet, it has a smooth and light taste.

I like this one better.
