Today, I cooked Mizutaki-Nabe.
In the morning, I simmered two chicken galas and make soup.
In the evening, I was able to get a thick soup with a lot of cloudiness.
The Hakata-style Mizutaki-Nabe is said to put cabbage in it.
The pan with the broth properly is delicious.

La Croix Gratiot Rose 2022 1700 yen
A rose wine made from a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon organically grown in the estate vineyarda near the Roman port town of Maze in Languedoc.
It has a deep pink color with a hint of redwood.
I felt fruits and acidity reminiscent of ripe strawberries, fluffy and pleasant mouthfeel.
A good rose wine is very tasty.
Was it a little too delicate for today’s rich soup cooking pot?
Did I do something wrong with wine?
