Meji-Maguro, Avocado Tartare

The appetizer, Meji-Maguro, was caught in Sagami Bay and was very fresh.
It was very tasty.
1st Ancora Pinot Grigio 2022 1,050 yen
It was a white wine from Lombardy, Italy.
Pinot Grigio had a fruity feel that made thickness of the pulp.
I felt a refreshing acid and pleasant minerality.
This pure taste doesn’t seem like a 1,000 yen class wine at any time.
I think it’s outstanding cost performance.
2nd Tortues en Crique Syrah Mourvedre 2020 1,100 yen
It is a blend of Syrah and Mourvedre grown in South of France.
I felt deep fruits, firm acidity and crispy mouthfeel.
It had a dark taste, but the aftertaste was clean and non-sticky.
It is a red wine that is very drinkable.
