I had a private dinner at Le Bistro in Kita-Sando.
This is my first visit since I was invited to the opening party on August 25th.
It is a fashionable restaurant.
First, I tasted a glass of champagne.
I ordered appetizers at the restaurant’s recommendation.
Liette, delicious!
Today’s wine is Burgundy.
The first bottle was Pierre Moret’s Chardonnay 2019.
Come to think of it, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a white wine from Burgundy.
The wine of the famous wineries of good year is wonderful.

They were very delicious.
The second bottle was Marsane, recommended by corporate sommelier Mr. Hiroshi Ishida.
Mr. Ishida, I heard that you always appear at this restaurant recently.
Come to think of it, Burgundy red has also been around for a long time.
Especially since I’ve had a drink at a restaurant, it’s been a really long time.
Mr. Ishida’s recommendation is outstandingly delicious.
The main dish was the restaurant’s speciality, Chicken Roti.
The manager, Mr. Yanagisawa, did a découpage.
The skin was crunchy, the meet was moist and juicy.
It was exactly the dish for drinking burgundy.
I was very satisfied with the cheese.

We enjoyed excellent wine and food.
