2nd Chase the Grape Sauvignon Blanc 2019
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Yarra Valley by sustainable method.
I felt rich fruits, nice acidity, good mineral and seamless mouthfeel.
To get good body, the grapes got a strong press.
Then I felt some bitter.t
I think somebody doesn’t like this bitter.
I can accept this bitter.
I think it is a very good white wine.
