Oriol Rossell produces the best seller sparkling wine in Cave de Relax.
This is a table white wine of the winery.
It is made from Xarello and Muscat grown by organic method in the estate winery.
At first, I felt very fresh green apple.
Then I found very nice citrus and fine minerals.
It is a very dry style but also has very rich fruits taste.
I am sure again it is a very good wine.

The red is also made from Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the estate winey by organic method.
I felt a lot of black berries and red berries in very good balance.
I also felt very smooth and mild tannin.
It is a very rich and elegant red wine.
