Picpoul de Pinet is a boom in Languedoc white wine.
I love this very fine citrus, clean fruits and very fine minerals.
It is truly good for sashimi and nabe today.
I am sure again that it is a really depth white wine.
How tasty is this!

I tried to taste Pinot Noir, too.
It is the top cuvee of the winery made from 100% Pinot Noir.
It has both a big structure and an outstandingly elegance.
I have tasted a lot of Pinot Noirs in New Year.
And this one is in the top group of them、I think.
