I take summer holidays from today.
I go to two night trip to Nagano.
At first, I arrived at Matsumoto and went to Okinaya with no appointment, which is an old-popular restaurant in the central Matsumoto, the good client of Cave de Relax.
Because the all of table were full and there were many waiting people, Mr. Kiuchi., the owner was very busy.
As I didn’t want to disturb him, I said only “Hello” to him and left there.
Then I went to Yamabe Winery in Matsumoto.
Yamabe is well-known grape produce area since early time.
The winery was built in 2002 by the local agricultural cooperative to utilize local grapes.
The winery produces all wine from only local grapes.
I checked the Chardonnay vineyard surround the cellar.
It is very well organized vineyard.
Because I had to drive a car, I couldn’t taste any wine.
I bought bottles of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris.
I am looking forward to taste them.
Then I arrived at Kuzu Onsen and stayed there.
It was a really secret resort place in back country.
I couldn’t take any photo because the hotel today prohibits taking photo.
I brought two bottles of Japanese wine.
They were so nice, very nice.
I was so happy to take nice onsen bath and had nice local dishes and fine wine.
