I cooked Mizutaki-Nabe at the first time in this season.
I took chicken soup by boiling a chicken for six hours.
I couldn’t go out today.

This Sauvignon Blanc is made in Languedoc.
I felt very solid minerals and elegant fruits.
I think it is good for heavy wine drinkers not for beginners.
I like this hard type Sauvignon.
I was very good for Mizutaki-Nabe today.
2nd La Croix Gratiot Pinot Noir 2015 2160 yen
This Pinot Noir is also made in Languedoc.
It is the top cuvée of the winery.
I was amazed at the super dense red fruits acidity.
I found a lot of charming berries, berries and berries.
It is a fabulously charming and elegant Pinot Noir.
I think it is an opposite style of Pinot Noir against the sexy Vosne Ronanee I tasted a few days ago.
I love both.
So delicious!
The price is a kind of joke, I think.
