We received Mr. Yasuhiro OGIWARA, who is the owner & grape grower of KISVIN Winery in Enzan, Yamanashi.
He gave us a special wine tasting promotion with his own service.
He explained his wine making and grape growing to our many clients.
He spoke well, very well, very very well.
He did a very good job!
After the store closed, we went to Ginza Furutoshi and had a nice dinner.
We enjoyed fine Languedoc Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and excellent California Pinot Noir.
All of the dishes were also excellent.
Especially, KISVIN Chardonnay Reserve 2016 was very special.
I felt outstandingly clean, deep and concentrated fruits.
I also felt very elegant-complex minerals.
I want to keep it for a long time and check the mature potential.
Wen enjoyed the dinner and talked a lot, very a lot.
