I was invited to Hokkaido Wine Symposium held in Sapporo on 5th December as a guest speaker.
I arrived at Shin-Chitose Airport in the evening.
Then I went to Wine Shop Fujii at Susukino in Sapporo.
Mr. Taichi Yamazaki, who is a family member of Yamazaki Winery, which is one of the most popular wineries in Hokkaido, joined with us.
We went to Tsukinowa-Ryoriten, which is a popular wine bar specialized Japan fine wine and Hokkaido local “gibier”.
We enjoyed fine Hokkaido wine and very delicious local dishes.
We talked about many dangerous Japan wine business topics.
They were very dangerous.
I must take care the talking at the tomorrow symposium.
