The most long interval

Aug. 17

I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.

I found that it was the first Temaki-Sushi since last July 13th.

I don’t remember such a long interval.

Probably, It is the most long interval for Temaki-Sushi in my life since I knew it.

1st Kizan White 2013  1540 yen

We can still receive this rare Koshu to the shop.

The yield amount of Kizan vintage 2013 was bigger than any other years.

The quality was also very good.

I appreciate it very much.

Even though I tasted it with near ice temperature, the style of wine is really stable.

I am sure again Kizan produces one of best Koshu wines.

2nd Shimokita Wine Pinot Noir Ryo  2013

The red today was Pinot Noir produced in Aomori, the northern area in the main island in Japan.

It is not so dense, not so concentrated.

But I like this charming style very much.

It showed a character of Pinot Noir, fine red berries and nice acidity.

It was very good for the Temaki-Sushi today.
