I went to my aunt house in Saitama and cooked dinner Temaki-Sushi.
I did a very good job!
1st Okuizumo Winery Chardonnay Unwooded 2016 2550 yen
I felt a very clean taste like a very fine mineral water.
I also felt very elegant fruits that only fine Chardonnay had.
I am sure again that Okuizumo is one of the best Chardonnay producers in Japan.
2nd Obuse Winery Sogga Pere & Fils Ordinaire Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
It showed the winery’s frightfulness.
The red is the bottom range of the winery.
I felt outstanding tastes of elegant fruits, acidity and tannin.
The winery doesn’t allow price indicate on web site.
But the price is super reasonable, like a joke.
