I cooked dinner in two straight days.
It was a Temaki-Sushi.
So delicious!
1st Kizan Wine Selection Chardonnay 2015
I bought this at the winery.
It is very difficult to find.
At first, I felt some reductive nuance but it disappeared soon.
Then I felt very fine citrus, complex-elegant-rich fruits.
Also I felt very fine minerals and comfortable after taste.
It is a very good wine but I also felt too much young nuance.
I want to keep the bottle and taste after a long maturing.
2nd Kizan Wine Selection Merlot – Petit Verdot 2015
I bought this at the winery, too.
I didn’t feel any reductive taste.
At first, there were a lot of fine red berries.
I also felt silky tannin and very comfortable acidity.
It was very delicious.
It was very good for the Temaki-Sushi today.
