I cooked dinner.
I got a fresh Madai.
I cooked it for Sashimi, Carpaccio and Poêlé with Potato Gratin.
Excellent!
1st Oriol Rossell Rose NV 1520 yen
It is made from 100% Trepat, which is a local grape variety in Catalunya.
I like this elegant babbles, charming red berries and fine acidity.
It is a really refreshing sparkling wine.
2nd Estezargues Terra Vitis Cotes du Rhone 2015 1200 yen
It is produced by Terra Vitis method with no SO2.
It is a full-bodied red wine.
However, it became a fresh and fruity style when I chilled this very much.
I felt nice red acidities, silky tannins and comfortable after taste.
Very good!
