We had terrible heavy rain in Machida, where is my home town.
It was really heavy rain.
1st Chateau des Templiers Muscadet Sevre & Maine Sur Lie 2014 1600 yen
The winey is owned by Vinerons du Pallet organized by 10 young grape growers.
They want to produce “Real Muscadet” against the mass-produced Muscadet.
I felt very clean-rich fruits, fine citrus and minerals.
I am sure it is an outstanding Muscadet.
2nd Famille Quiot Cotes du Rhone 2104 1500 yen
It is made from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre by Famille Quiot , which is a popular winery in Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
I felt a lot of fine red & black berries, rich fruits and mild tannin.
I tasted this with very cold temperature.
That’s no problem, very tasty.
It is very good for summer drinking.
