I had a lot of meetings today.
I was so tired.
1st Grimau Trancadis Brut Nature NV. 1420 yen
This Spain sparkling
is made from organic grapes with Brut Nature method.
It made me cool down a lot.
Refreshing!
2nd Nostrada Premium Selection Garnacha 2010. 1030 yen
The red is also from Spain.
I tasted this at the first time in these months.
It is a long mature full-body red wine with high alcohol.
Daimao-sama put a lot of ice cubes in her glass.
At first, I thought she was wrong.
However, she looked very happy and drunk up her glass very quickly.
Then I put ice cubes in my glass, too.
Surprise!
It was far better than no ice.
The acidity became cooler and fruits became bigger and more elegant.
Tasty!
I must say yes for the wine on the rock.
