1st Grimau Chardonnay 2014. 1680 yen
I felt very concentrated fruits and a flavor of cask mature.
I also felt good acidity and minerals.
It is a very rich wine but also a very elegant white wine.
If you taste this by blind, you might say it is a very expensive wine.
2nd Domaine de Bachellery Pinot Noir 2015. 1380 yen
It is my best wine in these days.
It is very cool.
Nobody say it is made in Languedoc, I suppose.
It has all good tastes of Pinot Noir, which are fine red berries, good acidity, silky tannin and fine minerals.
It is a perfect Pinot Noir in this class.
