I have recovered a cold.
However, my pollen allergy has become so bad.
I had a big problem at my nose, mouth and eyes.
1st Domaine Pech Pouille Chardonnay 2015 1500 yen
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Minervois, Languedoc.
It is a very pure, very natural, very clean white wine.
It’s so tasty.
Maybe, because of a pollen allergy, I felt a pain in the mouth, when I tasted some wines that have a lot of additives.
It may be a good term to find good wine in the pollen allergy season.
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Rouge 2015 1080 yen
I felt very fine natural taste of the red wine.
I like this silky tannin, elegant acidity and mild black berries very much.
I didn’t feel any pain in my mouth.
I know this red has very low SO2 and no technical additives.
SO TASTY!!!
