1st Cave de Chaintre Macon Chaintre 2014 1950 yen  New Arrival

Cave de Chaintre is owned by Chateau Bois de la Salle in Julienas Beaujolais.

I felt very clean fruits, very nice citrus and very fine minerals.

I think it has a very high cost performance as same as Saint-Veran from this winery I tasted last week.

It was very good for sashimi tonight.

2nd Chateau Pesquie Quintessence Rouge 2013 2880 yen

It’s an upper class red wine of Chateau Pesquie in Rhone.

Yes, Yes, Yes.

It’s an outstanding red wine in this class, I think.

The all of tastes, fruits, acidity, tannin, alcohol, etc., make a very well harmony.

So delicious.

It was very good for Lasagne tonight.
