1st Domaine Pech Pouille Chardonnay 2015 1500 yen
It’s a very cool style of Languedoc white wine.
It’s made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards in Minervois.
I love this fine citrus, elegant fruits and fine minerals.
It’s just my taste!
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Minervois 2014 1500 yen
The red is made from Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grown in Minervois.
It has a typical style of Minervois red wine.
I like this rich fruits, silky tannin and comfortable-long after taste.
It’s a very concentrated red wine but easy to drink.
It’s just my taste, too.
