I have kept over 10,000 steps per a day for 50 straight days.
1st Essay White 2015 900 yen
It is made from mainly Chenin Blanc and a little Viognier glown in West Cape, South Africa.
It is a really clean white wine.
I felt rich fruits, good acidities and very fine minerals.
I admired this very well balance.
I felt some nuance of very expensive wine thanks of drinking with a big Burgundy glass.
Very good!
2nd Domaime Micheal Noellat Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2014
Some person gave me this Burgundy red.
Well, is this a super delicious red wine, isn’t it?
I felt amazingly fresh aroma, a lot of charming red berries, very silky tannins and comfortable-long after taste.
There are all facts that I need with Burgundy red.
Because it is an estate wine, all of the grapes came from their fine vineyards.
That’s the reason!
