I cooked dinner.
I went to my favorite fish market and got very fresh seafood.
Then I cooked Temaki-Sushi.
Very good job!
1st Chateau de Meursault Bourgogne Blanc 2011 4800 yen
It is an outstanding AOC Bourgogne.
It has very dense fruits, complex citrus, comfortable cask nuance, fine minerals and very long after taste.
All of the tastes show a fabulous hermony.
I felt as if I tasted one of the finest white wines in my life.
2nd Chateau Sakaori Kisvin Syrah 2011
It is made from 100% Syrah grown by Mr. Ogihara in his own vineyards.
It’s a very fine Syrah.
I felt very dense fruits, fine red &black berries, soft & silky tannin and comfortable after taste.
I was surprised at the fine quality.
Even though in Japan, we can find such fine Syrah.
You can keep this for a few more years, I think.
