It was a very hot day, too.
1st Domaine de Pepouy Colombard Sauvignon 2015 Sample Tasting
It made from Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc grown in Gascogne South-West France.
Rich fruits form Colombard and cool citrus from Sauvignon showed very nice harmony.
I was impressed in this very fine acidity.
Also, it had nice minerals and comfortable after taste.
Well, it’s a very nice white wine.
2nd Domaine de Pepouy Tannat Merlot 2015 Sample Tasting
The red is made from Tannat and Merlot.
It’s a very nice wine, too!
Dense tannin from Tannt and rich fruits from Merlot shows very good harmony.
It’s full-bodied but also has very elegant.
There is nothing to disturb my palate.
The price is very reasonable.
I will consider to buy this.
