After I came back home, I cooked dinner “Temaki-Suhi”.
That’s so nice.
1st Tsuno Wine Private Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2015 2880 yen
It’s a very dry style Sauvignon Blanc.
I didn’t feel any green pepper aroma.
It was a really dry & crisp white wine.
It is good for Temaki-Sushi today.
2nd Asahimachi Wine Meistar Selection Barrel Selection Rouge 2014 1950 yen
It is made from Muscat Bailey-A, Black Queen and Cabernet Sauvignon matured in French oak cask.
Only 3000 bottles produced.
It has a very dark color and very strong acidity.
The character is caused on Black Queen, I think.
I think it has a long mature potential.
I should wait to open this.
However, because I like a strong acidity, I was happy to taste it with Temaki-Sushi.
