We received Mr. Hirakawa, who is the owner and winemaker of Hirakawa Winery in Yoichi Hokkaido and held a wine seminar for wine professionals.
Ehight persons of sommelier, owner of wine bar and journalist gathered at Cave de Relax.
The seminar was very interesting.
Mr. Hirakawa taught us a lot of details for grape growing and wine making.
Everybody was deeply impressed in his lecture.
Then we tasted his all wines already released.
Because every wine is very small product, these wines are selling only limited users.
They were outstanding.
Tasting the fine wines by hearing winemaker talking was very special thing.
It was a wonderful event.

In the night, I had some secret meeting dinner at YWC.
I was going to drink lightly but I drank heavily.
