I attended to a fund-raising event “Wine Aid for East Japan 2015” for the sufferers of East Japan Earthquakes as a member of support staff.
Sixty wineries and wine importers donated totally around 600 bottles of 100 different wines.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the foundations for orphans from the accident.
It was the fifth times we organized this event.
We have already donated over 10 million yen to the foundations.
We received about 300 wine lovers for the event held yesterday and today.
They enjoyed very much a lot of fine wines and gorgeous buffet.
I was in charge blind tasting & sparkling wine corner.
They are all members of our team.
I didn’t take any photo at the event running because I was very busy.
After the event, all staff had a small meal & wine party.
Finally, I could take a selfie photo.
Ms. Junko Yaginuma, who is the special guest today and a popular freelance announcer and wine journalist.
She seemed to be interested in the selfie stick very much.
Finally, I gave her the stick.
