1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2015 Sample Tasting
I tried to taste sample wines from the same winery in Minervois I tasted the day before yesterday.
This white wine is the basic range of the winery made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay.
The retail price will be around 1000 yen.
I like this fine citrus, delicate fruits and fine minerals.
It is a really elegant white wine.
The retail price 1000 yen will be surprising.
I will buy this.

2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2015 Sample Tasting
The red is also surprising.
It is made from 60% Carignan, 15% Grenache, 15% Merlot and 10% Cinsault.
I like this mild tannin, charming black berries, round acidity and comfortable after.
It is a really elegant red wine.
The price also will be 1000 yen.
